AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING EXPENDITURES FROM
THE LEGACY ENDOWMENT, INNOVATION, AND
CAPITAL ALLOCATIONS OF THE CASINO REVENUE
FUND FOR THE FISCAL YEAR ENDING JUNE 30,
2018
BE IT ORDAINED BY_ THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS: if
ARTICLE 1 . The City Council of the City of Cape Girardeau,
Missouri, hereby appropriates $250, 000. 00 for the costs
associated with the purchase of two -trash vehicles from the
current year' s Capital Allocation of the Casino Revenue Fund for
the fiscal year ending June 30, 2018 .
ARTICLE 2 . The City Council of the City of Cape Girardeau,
Missouri, hereby appropriates $545, 000. 00 for radio inter-
operability costs from the current year' s Capital Allocation of
the Casino Revenue Fund for the fiscal year ending June 30, ,
2018 .
ARTICLE 3 . The City Council of--the City of Cape Girardeau,
Missouri, hereby appropriates $583, 630. 00 for radio inter-
operability costs from the current year' s Innovation Allocation
of the Casino Revenue Fund for the fiscal year ending June 30,
2018 .
ARTICLE 4 . The City Council of the City of Cape Girardeau,
Missouri, hereby appropriates $280, 000. 00 for radio inter-
operability costs from the previous years' Legacy Endowment
Allocation of the Casino Revenue Fund for the fiscal year ending
June 30, 2018 .
ARTICLE 5. The City Council of the City of Cape Girardeau,
Missouri, hereby appropriates $1, 666, 370 . 00 for radio inter-
operability costs from previous years' Innovation Allocation of
the - Casino Revenue Fund for the fiscal year ending June 30,
2018 .
ARTICLE 6. The City Council of the City of Cape Girardeau,
Missouri, hereby appropriates $700, 000.00 for transfers from
previous years' Capital Allocation of the Casino Revenue fund to
the General Capital Improvements Fund to cover the additional
costs of Public Safety facilities for the fiscal year ending
June 30, 2018 .

ARTICLE 7 . This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect ten days after its passage and approval.
