KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: NORWALD, INC., a Missouri corporation in
consideration of the sum of One Dollar ($1.00) and other good and valuable consideration, the
receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby grant, bargain, sell and convey to the
CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI, a Municipal Corporation, hereinafter called the
City, the right, privilege, permission and authority to enter on and upon the following described
property, which is solely owned by the undersigned located in the City and County of Cape
Girardeau, Missouri, to -wit:
THAT PART OF LOT #19 OF LILMAC EAST SUBDIVISION, AS
RECORDED IN DOCUMENT 42017-02113, IN THE CITY AND COUNTY OF
CAPE GIRARDEAU, STATE OF MISSOURI AND DESCRIBED AS
FOLLOWS:
Commence at the Southeast corner of Lot #19 of Lilmac East Subdivision; thence
North 24020104" East, 79.46 feet, along the east line of said Lot #19, and being
the point of begirming; thence leaving said east line, North 85°04'21" West, 49.99
feet; thence North 05°17'17" East, 138.98 feet; thence South 85°50'54" East,
61.03 feet; thence South 20°39'56" East, 49.82 feet, to a point on the east line of
said Lot; thence South 24°20'04" West, 100.59 feet, along the east line of said

Said right, privilege, permission and authority to enter in and upon said property above
described is granted for the purpose of enabling the City, its agents, servants, and assigns to use

privilege, permission, and authority is valid for a maximum of two years from the date City
Council accepts the Temporary Access Easement. After the two year time period, permanent

City, the right, privilege, permission and authority to enter on and upon the following described
property, which is solely owned by the undersigned located in the City and County of Cape
