AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE RECORD PLAT OF
REDHAWK COMMONS PHASE 3
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1. The record plat of Redhawk Commons Phase 3,
being a part of the fractional SW 4, Section 29 and a part of
the fractional SE 4, Section 30, T 31 N, R 14 E, of the 5th P.M. ,
City and County of Cape Girardeau, State of Missouri, submitted
by BWE Holdings, L.L.C. , bearing the certification of R.
Christopher Bowen, a Registered Land Surveyor, dated June 12,
2017, including all variances and exceptions, is hereby
approved.
ARTICLE 2 . The City Clerk is hereby directed to sign the
record plat with the date of Council approval and affix thereto
the seal of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri.
ARTICLE 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and
