AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SCHEDULE C OF
SECTION 26-121 OF THE CITY CODE, BY
' ESTABLISHING A STOP SIGN ON SPRUCE
STREET AT ITS INTERSECTION WITH BOXWOOD
DRIVE, IN THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1. Schedule C of Section 26-121 of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, is hereby
amended by establishing a stop sign on Spruce Street at its
intersection with Boxwood Drive, in the City of Cape Girardeau,
Missouri, at the following location:
Spruce Street at Boxwood Drive, facing east.
ARTICLE 2. It is the intention of the governing body and it
is hereby ordained that the provisions of this ordinance shall
become and be made a part of the Code of Ordinances of the City
of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, and the sections of this Code may
be renumbered to accomplish such intention.
ARTICLE 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after ten days after its final passage and approval.
