AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE RECORD PLAT OF
ASHLAND COURT SIXTH ADDITION
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1 . The record plat of Ashland Court Sixth Addition,
a re-subdivision of Lot No. 69 of Ashland Court Fourth Addition
and a part of the North Half of Section 27, Township 31 North,
Range 13 East of the Fifth Principal P.M. , in the City and
County of Cape Girardeau, State of Missouri, submitted by
S . E.Mo. Land, LLC, and Jason Bowers and Ashley Bowers, bearing
the certification of R. Christopher Bowen, a Registered Land
Surveyor, dated November 27, 2007, is hereby approved.
ARTICLE 2 . The City Clerk is hereby directed to sign the
record plat with the date of Council approval and affix thereto
the seal of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri .
ARTICLE 3 . This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect ten days after its passage and approval .
