AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE RECORD PLAT OF THE LOCHS AT
DALHOUSIE - PHASE III
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1 . The record plat of The Lochs at Dalhousie -
Phase III, being a subdivision of that part of United States
Private Survey No. 3139, Township 30 North, Range 13 East of the
Fifth Principle Meridian, in the City and County of Cape
Girardeau, State of Missouri, submitted by Dalhousie, L.L.C. ,
bearing the certification of Wayne Koehler, a Registered Land
Surveyor, dated October, 30, 2007, is hereby approved.
ARTICLE 2 . The City Clerk is hereby directed to sign the
record plat with the date of Council approval and affix thereto
the seal of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri .
ARTICLE 3 . This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect ten days after its passage and approval.
