AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE RECORD PLAT OF
LOT U115 OF THE HIGHLANDS AT DALHOUSIE -
PHASE III
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1 . The record plat of U115 of the Highlands at
Dalhousie - Phase III, being all of Lot U115 of the Highlands at
Dalhousie - Phase III and that part of United States Private
Survey No. 193 , Township 30 North, Range 13 East of the Fifth
Principle Meridian, in the City and County of Cape Girardeau,
State of Missouri, submitted by Prestwick Group, Inc . , bearing
the certification of Wayne Koehler, a Registered Land Surveyor,
dated August 28, 2007, is hereby approved.
ARTICLE 2 . The City Clerk is hereby directed to sign the
record plat with the date of Council approval and affix thereto
the seal of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri .
ARTICLE 3 . This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect ten days after its passage and approval .
