AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE RECORD PLAT OF
VILLAS AT CAPE ROCK 2
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1 . The record plat of Villas at Cape Rock 2, being
part of Out Lot 75 of U.S .S . 2199, TWP. 31 N. , R. 13 E, of the
5th P.M. , in the City and County of Cape Girardeau, State of
Missouri, submitted by Rhodes Properties, L.C. , bearing the
certification of Timothy Joseph Baer, a Registered Land
Surveyor, dated October 2, 2007, is hereby approved.
ARTICLE 2 . The City Clerk is hereby directed to sign the
record plat with the date of Council approval and affix thereto
the seal of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri .
ARTICLE 3 . This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect ten days after its passage and approval .
