AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE RECORD PLAT OF
RAMSEY PLANTATION
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS :
ARTICLE 1 . The record plat of Ramsey Plantation, being a
part of United States Private Survey No. 173 , Township 31 North,
Range 13 East of the 5th P.M. , in the City and County of Cape
Girardeau, State of Missouri, submitted by E & R Leasing Company
and the Earl H. Norman Trust, bearing the certification of R.
Christopher Bowen, a Registered Land Surveyor, dated September
6 , 2007, is hereby approved, with the variance that no sidewalks
will be required as a part of this subdivision.
ARTICLE 2 . The City Clerk is hereby directed to sign the
record plat with the date of Council approval and affix thereto
the seal of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri .
ARTICLE 3 . This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect ten days after its passage and approval .
