AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SCHEDULE C OF
SECTION 26-121 BY PLACING STOP SIGNS ON
WOODLAND HILLS DRIVE AT ITS INTERSECTION
WITH GREENBRIER, IN THE CITY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1 . Schedule C of Section 26-121 of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, is hereby
amended by placing stop signs in the City of Cape Girardeau,
Missouri, at the following locations :
Woodland Hills Dr. at Greenbrier, - facing north and
south
ARTICLE 2 . Pursuant to Section 3 . 15 of the Charter of the
City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, this measure is adopted as an
emergency measure as it constitutes a Bill concerning the immediate
preservation of public peace, property, health, safety or morals .
Accordingly, this ordinance will take effect immediately upon its
passage and approval .
