AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE RECORD PLAT OF
JULIE SUBDIVISION NO. 4
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS :
ARTICLE 1 . The record plat of Julie Subdivision No. 4 ,
being a resubdivision of Julie Subdivision and a part of
Fractional Section 35, Township 31 North, Range 13 East, of the
Fifth Principal Meridian, in the City and County of Cape
Girardeau, State of Missouri, submitted by Brian Norman, Laura
Norman, Jeffery Bohnert, Tammy Bohnert, William Bohnert,
Carolyne Bohnert and Robert Drury, bearing the certification of
R. Christopher Bowen, a Registered Land Surveyor, dated August
1, 2007, is hereby approved.
ARTICLE 2 . The City Clerk is hereby directed to sign the
record plat with the date of Council approval and affix thereto
the seal of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri .
ARTICLE 3 . This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect ten days after its passage and approval .
