Schedule K of Section 26-121 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, is hereby amended by a placing yield sign in the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, at the following location: Third Street at its intersection with LaCruz Street on the northeast corner facing east . ARTICLE 2 . This ordinance shall be in full force and effect ten days after its passage and approval .
