AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE RECORD PLAT OF
LAFONT' S FIRST
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS :
ARTICLE 1 . The record plat of LaFont' s First, being all of
Lot One (1) , and that part of Lot 2, Block 4 , of Northview
Acres, a Subdivision on file in the land records of Cape
Girardeau County in Plat Book 5 at Page 5, also being that part
of Outlot 86, United States Private Survey Number 2199, in the
City and County of Cape Girardeau, State of Missouri, submitted
by Dale P. LaFont, bearing the certification of Wayne Koehler, a
Registered Land Surveyor, dated June 18 , 2007, is hereby
approved.
ARTICLE 2 . The City Clerk is hereby directed to sign the
record plat with the date of Council approval and affix thereto
the seal of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri .
ARTICLE 3 . This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect ten days after its passage and approval .
