AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE RECORD PLAT OF
STOREY' S SUBDIVISION
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS :
ARTICLE 1 . The record plat of Storey' s Subdivision, being
part of Tract #1 of Klages Heirs Subdivision and part of Lot #6
of Allen Subdivision and that part of Outlots 76 and 77 of
United States Private Survey Number 2199 in Township 31 North,
Range 13 East of the Fifth Principal Meridian, in the City and
County of Cape Girardeau, State of Missouri, submitted by
Kenneth E. Story and Willie M. Storey, bearing the certification
of Wayne Koehler, a Registered Land Surveyor, dated June 20,
2007, is hereby approved.
ARTICLE 2 . The City Clerk is hereby directed to sign the
record plat with the date of Council approval and affix thereto
the seal of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri .
ARTICLE 3 . This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect ten days after its passage and approval .
