AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE RECORD PLAT OF GM
BUILDING CONDOMINIUMS
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS :
ARTICLE 1 . The record plat of GM Building Condominiums,
being a part of the Northwest Quarter, Section 5, Township 30
North, Range 14 East of the Fifth Principal Meridian, in the
City and County of Cape Girardeau, State of Missouri, submitted
by Guy Tomasino and Renee' Tomasino, bearing the certification
of R. Christopher Bowen, a Registered Land Surveyor, dated June
13, 2007, is hereby approved.
ARTICLE 2 . The City Clerk is hereby directed to sign the
record plat with the date of Council approval and affix thereto
the seal of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri .
ARTICLE 3 . This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect ten days after its passage and approval .
