AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SCHEDULE C OF
SECTION 26-121 OF THE CITY CODE, BY
REPEALING STOP SIGNS AT PEACH TREE
STREET AND FAIRLANE DRIVE, AND AMENDING
SCHEDULE E OF SECTION 26-283 OF THE CITY
CODE, BY ENACTING A FOUR-WAY STOP AT
PEACH TREE STREET AND FAIRLANE DRIVE, IN
THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS :
ARTICLE 1. Schedule C of Section 26-121 of the Code of
ordinances of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, is hereby
amended by repealing stop signs in the City of Cape Girardeau,
Missouri, at the following locations :
Peach Tree Street, at its intersection with Fairlane Drive,
northeast corner, facing south
Peach Tree Street, at its intersection with Fairlane Drive,
southwest corner, facing west
ARTICLE 2 . Schedule E of Section 26-238 of the Code of
ordinances of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, is hereby
amended by enacting a four-way stop in the City of Cape
Girardeau, Missouri, at the following location:
Peach Tree Street, at its intersection with Fairlane Drive
ARTICLE 3 . This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect ten days after its passage and approval .
