AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE RECORD PLAT OF
TIMON WAY SUBDIVISION
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS :
ARTICLE 1 . The record plat of Timon Way Subdivision, being
a part of Lot Seven - Block "D" of Country Club Place in a part
of United States Private Survey No. 3091, T 31 N, R 14 E, of the
5`h P.M. , in the City and County of Cape Girardeau, State of
Missouri, submitted by Midwest Construction Company, bearing the
certification of R. Christopher Bowen, a Registered Land
Surveyor, dated May 16, 2007, is hereby approved.
ARTICLE 2 . The City Clerk is hereby directed to sign the
record plat with the date of Council approval and affix thereto
the seal of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri .
ARTICLE 3 . This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect ten days after its passage and approval .
