AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE RECORD PLAT OF
ZIEBA SUBDIVISION
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1 . The record plat of Zieba Subdivision, being all
of Lot 8 in Block Three (3) of Highland Heights Second
Subdivision as recorded in the Land Records of Cape Girardeau
County, Missouri in Plat Book 7, at Page 8 and part of Lot One
(1) of R. L. Wilson' s Subdivision as recorded in the Land
Records of Cape Girardeau County, Missouri, in Plat Book 2, at
Page 57, all being part of Outlot 74 of United States Private
Survey #2199 in the City and County of Cape Girardeau, State of
Missouri, submitted by the Margaret A. Zieba Revocable Trust,
bearing the certification of Wayne Koehler, a Registered Land
Surveyor, dated May 2 , 2007, is hereby approved.
ARTICLE 2 . The City Clerk is hereby directed to sign the
record plat with the date of Council approval and affix thereto
the seal of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri .
ARTICLE 3 . This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect ten days after its passage and approval .
