AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE RECORD PLAT OF
FOREST HILLS ESTATES FOURTH ADDITION
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1. The record plat of Forest Hills Estates Fourth
Addition, being all of Lots 6 and 7 of Forest Hills Estates
Subdivision Phase I Amended, Plat Book 19, Page 32, in the City
and County of Cape Girardeau, State of Missouri, submitted by
David A. Reinheimer, bearing the certification of Brian W.
Strickland, a Registered Land Surveyor, dated February 2, 2007,
is hereby approved.
ARTICLE 2 . The City Clerk is hereby directed to sign the
record plat with the date of Council approval and affix thereto
the seal of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri .
ARTICLE 3 . This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect ten days after its passage and approval .
