AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE RECORD PLAT OF
ROCK CREEK MEADOWS TOWNHOUSES PHASE VI
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1 . The record plat of Rock Creek Meadows Townhouses
Phase VI, being Lot 9 of Rock Creek Meadows Subdivision, as
recorded in the Land Records of Cape Girardeau County, Missouri,
in Plat Book 21, at Page 79, in the City and County of Cape
Girardeau, State of Missouri, submitted by A. G. Jones
Properties, L.L.C. , bearing the certification of Wayne Koehler,
a Registered Land Surveyor, dated February 20, 2007, is hereby
approved.
ARTICLE 2 . The City Clerk is hereby directed to sign the
record plat with the date of Council approval and affix thereto
the seal of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri .
ARTICLE 3 . This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect ten days after its passage and approval .
