AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE CORRECTED RECORD
PLAT OF HERITAGE MEADOWS SUBDIVISION
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS :
ARTICLE 1 . The corrected record plat of Heritage Meadows
Subdivision, being a resubdivision of part of Lots 1, 2 and 3 of
Walker Subdivision of Outlots 60 and 80, U.S. P.S. 2199, and all
of Lots 3 , 4 , 5, 6, 7, 8 and 9 of Block Number 1 of Wulfers
Subdivision of Walker Subdivision in Township 31 North, Range 13
East, of the Fifth Principal Meridian, in the City and County of
Cape Girardeau, Missouri, submitted by Clark Street Project,
Inc . , bearing the certification of Wayne Koehler, a Registered
Land Surveyor, dated February 8, 2007 , is hereby approved.
ARTICLE 2 . The City Clerk is hereby directed to sign the
record plat with the date of Council approval and affix thereto
the seal of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri .
ARTICLE 3 . This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect ten days after its passage and approval .
