AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE RECORD PLAT OF
LYNWOOD HILLS SECOND SOUTH SUBDIVISION
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS :
ARTICLE 1 . The record plat of Lynwood Hills Second South
Subdivision, being all of Units No. 3 and No. 4 and all common
areas of both Units situated in Lot 16 of Lynwood Estates in
Section 23 , Township 31 North, Range 13 East, in the City and
County of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, submitted by Jeffery J.
Maurer, Bradley D. Beussink and Elaine Beussink, bearing the
certification of Timothy Joseph Sander, a Registered Land
Surveyor, dated December 15, 2006 , is hereby approved.
ARTICLE 2 . The City Clerk is hereby directed to sign the
record plat with the date of Council approval and affix thereto
the seal of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri .
ARTICLE 3 . This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect ten days after its passage and approval .
