AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING GENERAL WARRANTY DEEDS, PERMANENT
EASEMENTS AND TEMPORARY CONSTRUCTION EASEMENTS FROM VARIOUS
PROPERTY OWNERS FOR THE IMPROVEMENT OF BROADWAY BETWEEN
PERRY AVENUE AND HOUCK PLACE AND THE BROADWAY/CLARK
INTERSECTION
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,MISSOURI,AS
FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1. The City of Cape Girardeau,Missouri hereby accepts a General Warranty Deed executed by
the June S. Kang Revocable Living Trust Agreement,Dated the 19th Day of July, 1985,June S. Kang,Trustee,an
Undivided 1/2 Interest,Han Mu Kang Revocable Living Trust Agreement,Dated the 19th day of July, 1985,Han
Mu Kang,Trustee,an Undivided 1/2 Interest,conveying fee simple interest to the City of Cape Girardeau,
Missouri for the improvement of Broadway between Perry Avenue and Houck Place,more particularly described
as follows,to-wit
