AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE RECORD PLAT OF
RE-SUBDIVISION OF LOT 2 OF COMMERCE BANK
SUBDIVISION
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS :
ARTICLE 1 . The record plat of Re-Subdivision of Lot 2 of
Commerce Bank, being that part of Section 26, Township 31 North,
Range 13 East, in the City of Cape Girardeau, County of Cape
Girardeau, State of Missouri, submitted by Summit Enterprises,
L.L. C. , bearing the certification of Wayne Koehler, a Registered
Land Surveyor, dated October 31, 2008, is hereby approved.
ARTICLE 2 . The City Clerk is hereby directed to sign the
record plat with the date of Council approval and affix thereto
the seal of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri .
ARTICLE 3 . This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect ten days after its passage andapproval .
