AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SCHEDULE C OF
SECTION 26-121 BY PLACING STOP SIGNS ON
SCHERER LANE, IN THE CITY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS :
ARTICLE 1 . Schedule C of Section 26-121 of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, is hereby
amended by placing stop signs in the City of Cape Girardeau,
Missouri, at the following locations :
On Scherer Lane, at its intersection with Scott Street,
facing south.
On Scherer Lane, at its intersection with Mississippi
Street, facing north and south.
On Scherer Lane, at its intersection with New Madrid
Street, facing north.
ARTICLE 2 . This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
ten days after its passage and approval .
