AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A
GENERAL WARRANTY DEED TO CLILA,L.P.TRANSFERRING
EXCESS PROPERTY ALONG THE FOUNTAIN STREET CORRIDOR
IN THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,MISSOURI
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,MISSOURI,
AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1. The Mayor, for and on behalf of the City of Cape Girardeau,Missouri,is hereby
authorized to execute a General Warranty Deed to CLILA,L.P. transferring excess property along the
Fountain Street corridor in the City of Cape Girardeau,Missouri more particularly described as follows:
All that part of lot No. twenty-nine (29)in Range"h"in the City of Cape Girardeau,Missouri,
described as follows: From a point marking the Southwest comer of said Lot 29,measure S83°51'E
a distance of 59.90 feet,to a'/z"re-bar,thence S83°35'E a distance of 39.9 feet,to a'/2"re-bar,
thence,N06°16'E a distance of 20.7 feet,to the Point of Beginning;thence,N45°51"W a distance of
50.7 feet, to a point;thence,N06°10'E a distance of 60.6 feet,more or less,to a point on the north
line of said Lot 29;thence,S83°47'E a distance of 40.1 feet,to a point thence,S06°16'W a distance
of 91.8 feet,more or less,to the Point of Beginning,containing 0.070 acres,more or less.
And Also
All that part of the West Forty(40.0) feet of the East Eighty(80.0) feet of Lot No.Twenty-nine(29)
in Range"H"in the City of Cape Girardeau,Missouri,described as follows: From a point marking
the Southeast comer of said Lot 29,measure N83°46 W a distance of 40.0 feet,to a'/s"re-bar and
the Point of Beginning; thence,N06°11'E a distance of 112.5 feet more or less,to a point on the
North line of said Lot 29;thence,N83°47 W along said north line a distance of 40.0 feet,to a point;
thence,S06°16'W a distance of 91.8 feet,to a point thence,S45°51'E a distance of 10.50 feet,to a
point thence,S59°42'E a distance of 34.9 feet to the Point of Beginning,containing 0.095 acres,
more or less.
ARTICLE 2. This ordinance will be in full force and effect ten days after its passage and approval.
