AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE RECORD PLAT OF SCHERER ESTATES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS :
ARTICLE 1 . The record plat of Scherer Estates, being a
subdivision of all of Lots 12 and 13 in Block 8 of Monticello' s
Addition in Plat Book 2, Page 60 in the City and County of Cape
Girardeau, State of Missouri, submitted by Rosalia M. Scherer,
Trustee of the Jerome J. Scherer and Rosalia M. Scherer Revocable
Trust, bearing the certification of Wayne Koehler, a Registered
Land Surveyor, .dated April 9, 2008, including all variances, is
hereby approved.
ARTICLE 2 . The City Clerk is hereby directed to sign the
record plat with the date of Council approval and affix thereto
the seal of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri .
ARTICLE 3 . This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect ten days after its passage and approval.
