The Cite of Cape Girardeau, Missouri hereby accepts a Permanent Easement executed by the Walter J. Wright Revocable Trust, conveying an easement to the City of Cape Girardeau,blissoun for the improvement of Independence Street, more particularly-described as follows, to-wit-. The southerIv 3 feet of Lots 2 and 3 of Oak Park Subdivision in the City of Cape Girardeau, Cape Girardeau County,Missouri. ALSO: The southerly 3 feet of Lot 1 of Oak Park Subdivision in the City of Cape Girardeau, Cape Girardeau County, Missouri. ARTICLE 2. The City-of Cape Girardeau, Missouri hereby accepts a Temporary-Construction Easement executed by the Walter J. Wright Revocable Trust, conveying an easement to the City-of Cape Girardeau, Missouri for the improvement of Independence Street, more parucularh-described as follows, to- wit-. Sheets Voluntarn-Trust of June 23, 1999, conveying property to the Cit-of Cape Girardeau, bLssouri for the improvement of Independence Street,more particularly described as follows, to-%%ic Part of Lot 27 of Robert Smrdivants Subdivision of Outlots 58, 39, 81 and a pan of 60 in the City-of Cape Girardeau, bhssoun, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at a point on the west line of said Lot 27, said point being 48 feet south of the north right of way line of Independence Street; thence South 82° 37'59" East along the south right of way line of Independence Street,a distance of 179.07 feet to a point; thence South 06° 15'49"West,a distance of 7.00 feet to a point; thence North 82° 37' 59" %Vest, a distance of 179.07 feet to said west line of Lot 27; thence North 06° 15'49" East along said west line, a distance of 7.00 feet to the point of beginning.
