AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING A PERMANENT UTILITY
EASEMENT FROM NORTH POINTE CENTER, L. L.C. ,
FOR THE NORTH POINTE CENTER PHASE II WATER
LINE, IN THE CITY AND COUNTY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1. The City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, hereby
accepts a Permanent Utility Easement, executed by North Pointe
Center, L.L. C. , conveying to the City of Cape Girardeau,
Missouri, a permanent utility easement for the North Pointe
Center Phase II water line, in the City and County of Cape
Girardeau, Missouri, more particularly described as follows, to-
wit :
That part of the North Half of Section 26, Township 31
North, Range 13 East, City and County of Cape
Girardeau, State of Missouri, described as follows :
Commence at the Northeast corner of Lot 4 of North
Pointe Center Second Addition, a Subdivision on file
in the Land Records of Cape Girardeau County in Plat
Book 23 , at Page 58 ; thence North 34037143" East,
30 . 00 feet, to the point of beginning; thence South
55022' 17" East, 73 . 43 feet; thence North 34037' 43"
East, 15 . 00 feet; thence North 55022' 17" West, 63 .46
feet; thence North 34037143" East, 252 . 50 feet; thence
South 55022117" East, 45 . 50 feet; thence North
34037143" East, 15 . 00 feet; thence North 55022' 17"
West, 60 . 50 feet; thence South 34037143" West, 226 . 72
feet; thence South 79037' 43" West, 57 . 67 feet; thence
North 55022' 17" West, 416 . 49, to a point on the
Southeastern line of an existing waterline easement;
thence with said line South 46025107" West, 15 . 32

ARTICLE 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
ten days after its passage and approval .
