AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING A GRANT OF EASEMENT FROM
DALHOUSIE, L.L.C. , TO THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI, TO SERVE THE HIGHLANDS OF DALHOUSIE
SUBDIVISION PHASE IV IN SEWER DISTRICT 17-1-A, IN THE
CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS :
ARTICLE 1 . The City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri , hereby accepts a
Grant of Easement, executed by Dalhousie, L. L.C. , to serve Sewer District
17-1-A, located in The Highlands of Dalhousie Subdivision Phase Iv,
conveying to the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, the following described
real property, to-wit :
Storm Sewer Easement 1
THAT PART OF LOT L346 AND L347 OF THE HIGHLANDS AT
DALHOUSIE PHASE 4 A SUBDIVISION ON FILE IN THE LAND
RECORDS OF CAPE GIRARDEAU COUNTY IN PLAT BOOK _ AT PAGE
ALSO BEING PART OF UNITED STATES PRIVATE SURVEY 3139,
TOWNSHIP 30 NORTH, RANGE 13 EAST, IN THE CITY AND COUNTY
OF CAPE GIRARDEAU, STATE OF MISSOURI , DESCRIBED AS
FOLLOWS :
Begin at the Southeast Corner of Lot L346 of said
subdivision; thence with the East line of said Lot North

Dalhousie - Corrected Amended a Subdivision on file in the
Land Records of Cape Girardeau County in Plat Book 23 at
Page 12, said point being on Northwest line of said
subdivision; thence with said line South 58004 ' 19" West,
77 . 61 feet, to the point of beginning; thence continuing
with said line South 58004119" West, 15 . 00 feet; thence
leaving said line North 30034129" West, 110 . 03 feet, to a
