AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING A GRANT OF EASEMENT FROM
DALHOUSIE, L.L.C. , TO SERVE THE LOCHS OF DALHOUSIE
SUBDIVISION IN SEWER DISTRICT 17-1-A, IN THE CITY OF
CAPE GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS :
ARTICLE 1 . The City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, hereby accepts a
Grant of Easement, executed by Dalhousie, L.L. C. , to serve Sewer District
17-1-A, located in The Lochs of Dalhousie Subdivision, conveying to the
City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, the following described real property,
to-wit :
Storm Sewer Easement
THAT PART OF LOT P28 OF THE LOCHS AT DALHOUSIE - CORRECTED
AMENDED, A SUBDIVISION ON FILE IN THE LAND RECORDS OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU COUNTY IN PLAT BOOK 23 , AT PAGE 12 , CITY AND
COUNTY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU, STATE OF MISSOURI, DESCRIBED AS
FOLLOWS :
Begin at the Northeast corner of said Lot P28 ; thence with
the Northern line of said Lot along the arc of a curve to
the Northwest being concave to the Southwest having a
radius of 75 . 00 feet and a distance of 8 . 92 feet, (the
chord of said arc bears North 83005147" West, 8 . 91 feet;
thence leaving said line South 11009134" West , 152 . 15
feet, to a point on the Southern line of said Lot; thence
with said line North 58004119" East, 13 . 69 feet, to the
Southeastern corner of said Lot; thence with the East line
of said Lot North 10042156" East, 143 . 46 feet, to the
point of beginning and containing 1, 399 square feet, more
less .
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect ten days
