AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SCHEDULE A OF SECTION
26-228 OF THE CITY CODE BY ESTABLISHING A
SPEED LIMIT ON LASALLE AVENUE, IN THE CITY
OF CAPE GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS :
ARTICLE 1 . Schedule A of Section 26-228 of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, is hereby
amended by establishing a speed limit in the City of Cape Girardeau,
Missouri, at the following location:
LaSalle Avenue, from Interstate 55 to Missouri Route W,
45 m.p.h.
ARTICLE 2 . This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
ten days after its passage and approval .
