AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING A PERMANENT GRANT OF
EASEMENT FROM MAYSON INVESTMENTS, LLC, FOR
SANITARY SEWER SERVICES TO SERVE CAPE WEST
CROSSINGS SUBDIVISION PHASE I, IN THE CITY
OF CAPE GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS :
ARTICLE 1 . The City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, hereby
accepts a Permanent Grant of Easement for sanitary sewer
services to serve Cape West Crossings Subdivision Phase I,
executed by Jeffrey J. Mauer, Managing Member of Mayson
Investments, LLC, conveying to the City of Cape Girardeau,
Missouri, the following described real property, to-wit :
THAT PART OF LOT 2 OF WITNESSES ' SUBDIVISION, A SUBDIVISION
ON FILE IN THE LAND RECORDS OF CAPE GIRARDEAU COUNTY IN
PLAT BOOK 12 AT PAGE 15, THAT PART OF LOT 9, IN BLOCK 1 OF
NORTHVIEW ACRES, A SUBDIVISION ON FILE IN THE LAND RECORDS
OF CAPE GIRARDEAU COUNTY IN PLAT BOOK 5 AT PAGE 5, AND THAT
PART OF UNITED STATES PRIVATE SURVEY 174 , TOWNSHIP 30
NORTH, RANGE 13 EAST, CITY AND COUNTY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
STATE OF MISSOURI, DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS :
Begin at the Northwest corner of Lot A of Cape West
Crossings - Phase I, a Subdivision on file in the Land
Records of Cape Girardeau County in Plat Book 24 at Page 82,
said corner being on the East Right of Way line of
Interstate Route ' 55 ' ; thence with said Right of Way line
North 21016147" West, 183 . 36 feet; thence North 29009108"
West, 146 . 02 feet; thence North 21016132" West, 37 . 75 feet;
thence leaving said Right of way line North 68043113" East,
15 . 00 feet, thence South 21016147" East, 36 . 71 feet; thence
South 29009108" East, 146 . 02 feet, thence South 21016147"
East, 169 . 19 feet; thence North 67056153" East, 231 . 74 feet,
thence South 22003107" East, 15 . 00 feet to a point on the
North line of Lot A of Cape West Crossings - Phase I; thence
with said North line South 67056153" West, 246 . 95 feet, to
the point of beginning and containing 0 . 21 acres (8 , 984
square feet) , more or less .
ARTICLE 2 . This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect ten days after its passage and approval .
