AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING PERMANENT STORMWATER
EASEMENTS FROM ROBERT W. GUM, JR. , GLENDA D.
GUM, CLYDE E. CLIPPARD AND DAVID WAYNE
WILDE, FOR MAINTENANCE OF AN EXISTING
DRAINAGE DITCH, IN THE CITY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS :
ARTICLE 1 . The City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, hereby
accepts Permanent Stormwater Easements, executed by Robert W.
Gum, Jr. , Glenda D. Gum, Clyde E . Clippard and David Wayne
Wilde, conveying to the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, the
following described real property, to-wit :
Tract 1 : Robert W. Gum, Jr. and Glenda D. Gum
The west fifteen (15) feet and the south seven .(7)
feet of Lot Thirteen (13) of Block One (1) of the
Edgewood Highlands Second Subdivision, in the City and
County of Cape Girardeau, Missouri .
Tract 2 : Clyde E. Clippard .
The west fifteen (15) feet of Lot Fourteen (14) of
Block One (1) of the Edgewood Highlands Second
Subdivision, in the City and County of Cape Girardeau,
Missouri .
Tract 3 : David Wayne Wilde
The north eight (8) feet of Lot Twelve (12) of Block
One of the Edgewood Highlands Second Subdivision, in
the City and County of Cape Girardeau, Missouri .
ARTICLE 2 . This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect ten days after its passage and approval . ,(�
