AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE RECORD PLAT OF
LYNWOOD HILLS NORTH SUBDIVISION
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS :
ARTICLE 1 . The record plat of Lynwood Hills North
Subdivision, being all of Lot 03 of Second Amended Plat of
Lynwood Hills Estates and being all of All of Units 5 and 6 of
Lynwood Hills North Townhouses in Section 23 , Township 31 North,
Range 13 East, in the County and City of Cape Girardeau, State
of Missouri, submitted by John A. Hillin, Amy L. Hillin, Anita
L. Hillin, Ronald Wene and Virginia Wene, bearing the
certification of Timothy Joseph Sander, a Registered Land
Surveyor, dated October 1, 2008 , is hereby approved.
ARTICLE 2 . The City Clerk is hereby directed to sign the
record plat with the date of Council approval and affix thereto
the seal of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri .
ARTICLE 3 . This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect ten days after its passage and approval .
