AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SCHEDULE F OF SECTION
26-247 OF THE CITY CODE, BY ESTABLISHING A
NO PARKING ZONE ON THOMAS DRIVE, IN THE
CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS :
ARTICLE 1 . Schedule F of Section 26-247 of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, is hereby
amended by establishing a no parking zone in the City of Cape
Girardeau, Missouri, at the following locations :
Thomas Drive, north side, beginning at the northwest corner
of the intersection of Thomas Drive and Kingshighway and
continuing west along the north curb a distance of 226 feet
and then terminating.
ARTICLE 2 . This ordinance shall be in full force and effect ten
days after its passage and approval .
