AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE RECORD PLAT OF
CROWN SUBDIVISION
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS :
ARTICLE 1 . The record plat of Crown Subdivision, being the
southeast part of Lot 116 of Ingram' s Addition, Range Q, in the
City and County of Cape Girardeau, State of Missouri, submitted
by Crown Development of Jackson, L. L. C. , bearing the
certification of Wayne Koehler, a Registered Land Surveyor,
dated January 6 , 2009, is hereby approved.
ARTICLE 2 . The City Clerk is hereby directed to sign the
record plat with the date of Council approval and affix thereto
the seal of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri .
ARTICLE 3 . This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect ten days after its passage and approval .
