AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE RECORD PLAT OF
WINDRIDGE PROPERTIES II
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS :
ARTICLE 1 . The record plat of Windridge Properties II,
being that part of Lot 2 of Lakeland 2nd Subdivision, and part of
the southeast quarter of the southwest quarter of Section 19,
Township 31 North, Range 14 East, in the City of Cape Girardeau,
County of Cape Girardeau, State of Missouri, submitted by
Broadway Park Apartments, Inc . , bearing the certification of
Wayne Koehler, a Registered Land Surveyor, dated November 14 ,
2008, is hereby approved.
ARTICLE 2 . The City Clerk is hereby directed to sign the
record plat with the date of Council approval and affix thereto
the seal of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri .
ARTICLE 3 . This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect ten days after its passage and approval .
