AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE RECORD PLAT OF
TIMON WAY SECOND SUBDIVISION
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS :
ARTICLE 1 . The record plat of Timon Way Second Subdivision,
being a re-subdivision of Lots 1 and 2 of Timon Way Subdivision,
Part of United States Private Survey No. 3091, T 31 N, R 14 E,
of the 5th P.M. , City and County of Cape Girardeau, State of
Missouri, submitted by Wayne Boehme, Inc . , bearing the
certification of R. Christopher Bowen, a Registered Land
Surveyor, dated August 27, 2010, is hereby approved.
ARTICLE 2 . The City Clerk is hereby directed to sign the
record plat with the date of Council approval and affix thereto
the seal of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri .
ARTICLE 3 . This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect ten days after its passage and approval .
