AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE RECORD PLAT OF
DEEVERS COVE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS :
ARTICLE 1 . The record plat of Deevers Cove, being a
resubdivision of Lot 9 of Deevers Farm - Phase I, a subdivision
on file in the land records of Cape Girardeau County in Plat
Book 22 , at Page 99, that part of the southeast quarter of
Section 20, Township 31 North, Range 14 East, in the City and
County of Cape Girardeau, State of Missouri, submitted by Cape
Custom Homes, L. L. C. , bearing the certification of Rodney W.
Amos, a Registered Land Surveyor, dated February 1, 2010, is
hereby approved.
ARTICLE 2 . The City Clerk is hereby directed to sign the
record plat with the date of Council approval and affix thereto
the seal of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri .
ARTICLE 3 . This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect ten days after its passage and approval .
