AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE RECORD PLAT OF
RESUBDIVISION OF LOTS L352, L353 & L354 OF
THE HIGHLANDS AT DALHOUSIE - PHASE IV
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS :
ARTICLE 1 . The record plat of Resubdivision of Lots L352,
L353, & L354 of the Highlands at Dalhousie - Phase IV, being all
of Lots L352, L353, and L354 of the Highlands at Dalhousie -
Phase IV, City and County of Cape Girardeau, State of Missouri,
submitted by EED Development, L. L.C. , bearing the certification
of Rodney W. Amos, a Registered Land Surveyor, dated June 1,
2010, is hereby approved.
ARTICLE 2 . The City Clerk is hereby directed to sign the
record plat with the date of Council approval and affix thereto
the seal of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri .
ARTICLE 3 . This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect ten days after its passage and
