AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING AN EASEMENT FOR
INGRESS AND EGRESS FROM GORDON HUCKSTEP AND
CHRIS HUCKSTEP, TRUSTEES OF THE BETTY J.
HUCKSTEP TRUST, IN THE CITY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS :
ARTICLE 1 . The City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, hereby
accepts a Perpetual Non-Exclusive Easement for Ingress and
Egress, executed by Gordon Huckstep and Chris Huckstep, Trustees
of the Betty J. Huckstep Trust, conveying to the City of Cape
Girardeau, Missouri, the following described real property, to-
wit .
A 24 FEET WIDE PERPETUAL NON-EXCLUSIVE EASEMENT, FOR
INGRESS AND EGRESS, LYING NORTHWESTERLY OF AND
ADJACENT TO THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED LINE:
A PART OF OUTLOT 77, UNITED STATES PRIVATE SURVEY NO.
2199, TOWNSHIP 31 NORTH, RANGE 13 EAST OF THE FIFTH
PRINCIPAL MERIDIAN, CITY AND COUNTY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
STATE OF MISSOURI, BEING MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED
AS FOLLOWS :
Beginning at 1" iron pipe (found) on the southwesterly
right of way line of Kingshighway, said point also
being the most easterly corner of Tract 6 , Klages
Heirs Subdivision as recorded in Plat No. 4 at Page
No. 14 of the land records of the County Recorder' s
Office; Thence S 530 12 ' 00" W, 671 . 30 feet along the
southeasterly line of Tract 6 , Klages Heirs
Subdivision to a ;6" iron pin (set) at the most
southerly corner of Book No. 1044 at Page No. 777 ,
said point also being the most easterly corner of the
future Lot No. 1 of W.A. and Zola Huckstep Subdivision
and there terminating.
The sideline of said Perpetual Non-Exclusive Easement,
for Ingress and Egress, being prolonged or shortened
to terminate at the northeasterly line of the future
Lot No. 1 of the W.A. and Zola Huckstep Subdivision
and the southwesterly right of way of Kingshighway.
ARTICLE 2 . This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect ten days after its passage and approval .
