AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO
EXECUTE A GENERAL WARRANTY DEED FOR A TRACT
OF LAND LOCATED AT 216 MASON STREET IN THE
CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU TO THE CAPE GIRARDEAU
MUNICIPAL DEVELOPMENT FOUNDATION
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS :
ARTICLE 1 . The Mayor, for and on behalf of the City of
Cape Girardeau, Missouri, is hereby authorized to execute a
General Warranty Deed for a tract of land located at 216 Mason
Street in the City of Cape Girardeau, to the Cape Girardeau
Municipal Development Foundation, real property located in the
City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri more particularly described as
follows :
All that part of Lot No. 95 in Range "P" of Ingram' s
Addition in the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, as
shown by Plat recorded in Plat Book 1 at Page 6 , land
records of Cape Girardeau County, Missouri described
as follows :
Beginning at the southwest corner of said Lot No. 95 ,
Range "P" , run thence eastward 137 feet for a corner;
thence north, parallel with Spanish Street, 114 feet;
thence West, parallel with Mason Street, 137 feet;
thence South along the west side of said Lot, 114
feet, to the point of beginning.

ARTICLE 2 . This ordinance will be in full force and effect
ten days after its passage and approval .
