The record plat of Welter Subdivision, being a resubdivision of a part of Lot 07 in Block 02 of Rodney Vista Subdivision in Outlot 79, Survey 2199, Township 31 North, Range 13 East in the City of Cape Girardeau in Cape Girardeau County, Missouri, submitted by Trevor S . Welter, bearing the certification of Timothy Joseph Sander, a. Registered Land Surveyor, dated April 19, 2010 , is hereby approved. ARTICLE 2 . The City Clerk is hereby directed to sign the record plat with the date of Council approval and affix thereto the seal of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri . ARTICLE 3 .
