AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZI\TG THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A
QUIT CLAIM DEED TO S.E.MO LAND,LLC FOR PROPERTY ALONG
LEXINGTON AVENUE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI,
AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1. The Mayor, for and on behalf of the City of Cape Girardeau,Missouri,is hereby
authorized to execute a Quit Claim Deed to S.E.MO. Land,LLC for real property located in the City of Cape
Girardeau,Missouri more particularly described as follows:
A part of United States Private Survey No. 2198,Township 31 North,Range 13 East, of the
Fifth Principal Meridian. Lot 1 of Jason's Subdivision, City of Cape Girardeau, Mo.
ARTICLE 2. This ordinance will be infu force and effect ten days after its passage and approval.
