AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE RECORD PLAT OF
JASON' S SUBDIVISION
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS :
ARTICLE 1 : The record plat of Jason' s Subdivision, being a
part of United States Private Survey No. 2198 , Township 31
North, Range 13 East, of the 5th P.M. , City & County of Cape
Girardeau, Missouri, submitted by the City of Cape Girardeau,
Missouri, by Harry Rediger, Mayor, who is hereby duly authorized
to execute said plat on behalf of said City, bearing the
certification of R. Christopher Bowen, a Registered Land
Surveyor, dated April 9, 2010, is hereby approved.
ARTICLE 2 . The City Clerk is hereby directed to sign the
record plat with the date of Council approval and affix thereto
the seal of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri .
ARTICLE 3 . This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect ten days after its passage and approval . /�
