AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE RECORD PLAT OF
KINGSWAY SUBDIVISION
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS :
ARTICLE 1 . The record plat of Kingsway Subdivision, being
all of that part of Fractional Section 26, Township 31 North,
Range 13 , City and County of Cape Girardeau, State of Missouri,
submitted by Rhodes Development Company, LLC, and Scott M.
Rhodes, Trustee of the Rhodes Family Limited Partnership
Irrevocable Trust Agreement dated September 13 , 1996 , General
Partner of Vernon E . Rhodes Family Partners, LP, bearing the
certification of Rodney W. Amos, a Registered Land Surveyor,
dated March 24 , 2010, is hereby approved.
ARTICLE 2 . The City Clerk is hereby directed to sign the
record plat with 'the date of Council approval and affix thereto
the seal of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri .
ARTICLE 3 . This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect ten days after its passage and a oval .
