AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING A STORM WATER
DRAINAGE EASEMENT FROM ROBERT A. DRURY FOR
THE INTERSECTION OF BLOOMFIELD ROAD AND
ETHERTON DRIVE, IN THE CITY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS :
ARTICLE 1 . The City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, hereby
accepts a Storm Water Drainage Easement, executed by Robert A.
Drury, conveying to the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, the
following described real property, to-wit :
A PART OF UNITED STATES PRIVATE SURVEY NO. 2199,
TOWNSHIP 30 NORTH, RANGE 13 EAST, OF THE FIFTH
PRINCIPAL MERIDIAN, CITY AND COUNTY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
STATE OF MISSOURI, BEING MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED
AS FOLLOWS :
Commencing at the northeast comer of Lot 1 of Etherton
Subdivision as recorded in the land records of the
County Recorder ' s Office in plat book no. 18 at page
no. 24 ; Thence along the easterly line of said Lot 1 S
0100110511 E, 93 . 62 feet to the True Point of
Beginning, said point being the beginning of a curve
concave to the northwest having a central angle of
80045146" and a radius of 20 . 00 feet; Thence
continuing along the easterly line of Lot 1 and along
said curve in a southwesterly direction, 28 . 19 feet;
Thence leaving said easterly line, N 39021148" E,
25 . 91 feet to the True Point of beginning, containing
84 . 5 square feet .
ARTICLE 2 . This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect ten days after its passage and approval .
