AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SCHEDULE V OF SECTION
26-31 OF THE CITY CODE BY ESTABLISHING A
LOADING ZONE ON MIDDLE STREET, IN THE CITY OF
CAPE GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS :
ARTICLE 1 . Schedule V of Section 26-31 of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, is hereby
amended by establishing a loading zone in the City of Cape
Girardeau, Missouri, at the following location:
Middle Street - facing south, beginning 30 feet from the
Broadway curb line and ending 70 feet from the curb line
on the west side of Middle Street .
ARTICLE 2 . This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
ten days after its passage and approval .
