AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SCHEDULE T OF SECTION
26-260 OF THE CITY CODE BY ESTABLISHING
HANDICAP PARKING IN THE 500 BLOCK OF BROADWAY,
IN THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS :
ARTICLE 1 . Schedule T of Section 26-260 of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, is hereby
amended by establishing handicap parking in the 500 block of
Broadway, in the City of Cape Girardeau at the following location:
Broadway - north side, beginning at a point 25 feet from
the northwest corner of Broadway and Middle Street along
the north curb line, a distance of 20 feet in a westerly
direction and then terminating.
ARTICLE 2 . This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
ten days after its passage and approval .
